Job summary

Fortiva in Arizona seeks an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a major semiconductor manufacturing campus. You will own cost, programme, engineering and construction, and collaborate directly with the client and senior stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

This senior role requires 15+ years delivering large capital projects, with a strong background in semiconductors or related facilities and experience with Owner’s Representative/PMO or major contractors.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience delivering major capital projects.
• Senior Project Director / Programme Director / Delivery Director background.
• Strong cost, programme, engineering and construction expertise.
• Experience delivering semiconductor/advanced manufacturing facilities.
• Experience working for Owner’s Representative, PMO/major contractor or technology client.

Responsibilities

• Overall leadership and delivery of a major semiconductor manufacturing campus.
• Accountability for cost, budget, forecasting and commercial performance.
• Leadership of programme controls, risk and change management.
• Oversight of engineering, design management and technical delivery.
• Leadership of major contractors, consultants and specialist vendors.
• Management of procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Senior stakeholder management with client, contractors, consultants and wider project team.
• Establish and drive project governance, reporting and delivery strategy.
• Ensure alignment across engineering, procurement, construction and operational readiness.
