Responsibilities

• Serve as the engineering leader and technical expert.
• Create detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for staff to follow.
• Propose and oversee budgets and timelines for engineering projects.
• Check the accuracy of work performed by engineering staff.
• Conduct tests and QA checks to verify project quality.
• Lead staffing, training, and supervision of engineering staff.
• Collaborate with managers, suppliers, and contractors.
• Prepare engineering-related presentations for internal and external use.
