Job summary

Greenberry Industrial Construction is seeking a (Senior) Project Manager to lead large, onsite industrial construction projects at a high-tech semiconductor facility in Phoenix, AZ. You will own planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement coordination, subcontractor management, and client interface throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a seasoned leader with extensive experience managing complex projects, strong safety and quality focus, and the ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience in industrial construction, semiconductor, high-tech, or similar environments.
• Proven track record of managing large, multimillion-dollar projects with cost, schedule, and safety responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
• Ability to lead onsite teams in fast-paced, high-stakes settings.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex construction projects from award through closeout in a semiconductor facility.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, budgets, staffing, procurement strategies, and plans.
• Drive performance against scope, schedule, cost, safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with field, engineering, procurement, vendors, and client teams to stay aligned.
• Oversee critical paths, milestones, and recovery plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify risks, scope gaps, and resource constraints; implement mitigation strategies.
