Job summary

Greenberry is seeking a Senior/Project Manager to lead large, complex industrial construction projects onsite at a high‑tech semiconductor facility in Phoenix, AZ. You will own planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement coordination, and stakeholder management, ensuring safe, on‑time, and within‑budget project delivery.

The role demands seasoned leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering multimillion‑dollar projects in controlled environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of progressive PM experience in industrial/construction/semiconductor environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, scheduling, risk management and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex construction projects from award through closeout.
• Develop detailed execution plans, schedules, budgets and staffing plans.
• Drive performance against scope, schedule, cost, safety and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with field, engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and client teams.
• Oversee risks, scope changes, and recovery plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain strong documentation, reporting and turnover readiness.
