Job summary

Foresight On-Site is seeking an exceptional executive to lead its rapidly growing semiconductor construction business from Tempe, AZ. The Director of Operations will shape strategy, drive execution across PM, field ops, staffing, and customer relationships, and maintain top-tier quality and safety standards.

Reporting to the executive team, you will guide growth from 100+ to 300+ staff, manage KPIs, and champion Lean and digital workflow improvements to deliver efficient, high-purity piping

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within semiconductor and process piping construction.
• Strong relationships with core customers within Fab Construction ecosystem.
• Demonstrated advancement through increasingly responsible leadership positions.
• Experience with semiconductor piping systems and high-purity piping.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience implementing automated business systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the construction organization and strategic growth.
• Develop trusted executive relationships with customers and expand partnerships.
• Oversee semiconductor piping construction, process piping, and related utilities.
• Lead project management, staffing, budgeting, and resource planning for growth.
• Drive continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, and KPI-driven performance.
• Coordinate engineering, off-site manufacturing, and field construction for delivery.
