Job summary

Fortiva in Arizona seeks an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a major semiconductor manufacturing campus. You will own cost, programme, engineering and construction, and collaborate directly with the client and senior stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

This senior role requires 15+ years delivering large capital projects, with a strong background in semiconductors or related facilities and experience with Owner’s Representative/PMO or major contractors.

Our client is a leading global Owner’s Representative and Project Management Consultancy, delivering some of the world’s most complex capital projects.

They are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a major semiconductor manufacturing campus in Arizona.

This is a senior leadership position with overall responsibility for project delivery, cost, programme, engineering, design and construction, working directly with the client and senior project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall leadership and delivery of a major semiconductor manufacturing campus.

Requirements:

• 15+ years’ experience delivering major capital projects.
• Proven experience in a senior Project Director / Programme Director / Delivery Director role.
• Strong background across cost, programme, engineering and construction.
• Experience delivering semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, data center, mission-critical, pharmaceutical or similarly complex facilities.
• Experience working for an Owner’s Representative, Project Management Consultancy, major contractor, developer or technology client.
• Strong commercial, contractual, project controls and stakeholder management capability.
• Experience delivering major projects in the US is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with semiconductor fabs, advanced manufacturing campuses, cleanrooms, process facilities, high-purity utilities, central utility plants or major site infrastructure would be highly advantageous.
