Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years restoration experience.
• 3+ years as Estimator or Project Manager in disaster restoration with water/fire/mold knowledge.
• 2+ years as Project Director with excellent performance reviews (Senior)
• 3+ years as Senior Project Director with excellent reviews (Executive).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate restoration projects through design, permitting, and construction phases.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers and Estimators.
• Manage project financials including pricing, costs, margins, and budgets.
• Establish payment terms and supervise collection of outstanding payments.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and company policies.
