Job summary

ATI is seeking a Project Director to oversee restoration projects from design through construction, lead site Project Managers, and manage project financials including payment terms and collections. You will direct teams, ensure scope clarity, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery for complex assignments.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and deep knowledge of water, fire, and mold remediation, with relevant certifications and a track record of performance in disaster

Qualifications

• 5 years restoration experience.
• 3 years as Estimator or Project Manager with disaster restoration knowledge.
• 3 years as a Project Director with excellent performance reviews.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, payments, and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Reviews projects to ensure scope is documented and understood.
• Establishes budgets and ensures completion within margins.
• Manages project financials including pricing, costs, and budgets.
• Directs project managers on payment terms and collections.
• Leads and mentors project estimators and walks jobs.
• Ensures OSHA compliance and safety policies.
