Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for a $100M-$500M portfolio across multiple customers.
• Lead delivery to meet schedule, cost, margin, quality, and safety objectives.
• Direct Project Managers and matrix leadership across functions.
• Establish integrated project plans and execution strategies.
• Lead reviews and executive status meetings for alignment.
• Escalation point for customers and portfolio performance discussions.
• Ensure functions align around priorities, milestones, and commitments.
• Drive proactive risk identification and mitigation.
• Maintain visibility into engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality.
• Monitor financial performance: revenue, cost, cash flow, margin, forecasting.
