Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients to ensure needs are understood.
• Building strong client relationships to acquire new customers.
• Collaborating with internal departments to fulfill customer requests.
• Resolving complaints and tracking processes.
• Acting as the client’s representative to improve the customer experience.
• Collecting and analyzing data on consumer behavior.
• Providing project control documentation as required.
