As Project Director, you will mentor teams, manage strategic client projects, and negotiate terms, while shaping corporate strategy and fostering trusted relationships with clients and colleagues in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction with cost management experience.
• Experience leading meetings with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management in Pharma/Life Sciences.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key account manager in the pharma/life sciences team.
• Develop client relationships based on partnership and trust.
• Use business development skills to engage new and repeat clients.
• Oversee key strategic client projects.
• Apply cost management experience to meet project deliverables.
• Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with clients and contractors.
• Lead and mentor team to deliver quality and client value.
