Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Project Director in the Washington, DC area to lead senior teams in pharma and life sciences cost management. You will drive client partnerships, oversee major projects, and negotiate contracts while mentoring staff to deliver exceptional client value.

You should bring 15+ years in construction cost management, a degree in cost management or quantity surveying, and a Chartered status (RICS preferred).

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction cost management experience.
• Degree or comparable experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
• Chartered and ideally a member of the RICS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key account manager in the pharma/life sciences team.
• Develop client relationships based on partnership and trust.
• Oversee key strategic client projects.
• Apply cost management experience to project deliverables within contract measures.
• Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with clients and contractors.
• Mentor and lead employees to achieve performance and growth.
• Lead the team to deliver high quality client value.
