Qualifications

• 10+ years' construction experience with cost management in data centre projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to head client meetings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Act as the key account manager, developing client relationships based upon partnership and trust
• Oversee key strategic client projects.
• Apply wealth of cost management experience to achieve project deliverables within contract performance measures
