Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction with data centre cost management experience.
• Chartered and ideally a member of the RICS.
• Degree or equivalent in cost management or quantity surveying.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key account manager, developing client relationships based on partnership and trust.
• Use business development skills to engage new clients and repeat projects with existing clients.
• Oversee key strategic client projects and ensure delivery within contract performance measures.
• Apply cost management expertise to achieve project deliverables and value for clients.
• Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors.
• Mentor and lead the team to deliver high-quality work and client value.
