Qualifications

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on mission-critical projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in a related construction discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel for short periods.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong client and team relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in tender/bid process from documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Lead the change management process.
• Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports and communicate variations clearly.
• Support settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparency.
• Support nimble project management and clear decisions through cost documentation and timely communication.
