Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• A minimum of 10 years managing projects and leading project teams.
• Professional registrations or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of multiple projects valued at $25M-$300M, including renovations and new builds.
• Directly manage 25-50 project team members and coordinate client accounts.
• Lead client communications, establish project pace, progression, and culture.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
• Monitor profitability and fee utilization against contract value.
• Review design and construction for adherence to client expectations and budget.
• Present budgets, schedules, and events to clients and executive stakeholders.
