Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Owner’s Representative, Project Director to lead design and construction of multiple projects from conceptual planning through occupancy. Projects range from several million to $300+ million with teams of up to 50 and direct client accountability.

You will drive project success by overseeing budgets, schedules, and coordination across disciplines, while fostering collaboration, stakeholder trust, and high-quality outcomes for communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with 10+ years of project leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead large capital projects and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of contracts, preconstruction processes, and project development.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of multiple projects valued at $25m-$300m including renovations and new builds.
• Directly manage 25-50 project team members and lead client accounts.
• Communicate goals, constraints, and priorities to the project team and clients.
• Monitor profitability, budgets, and fee utilization against contract value.
• Present budgets and schedules to clients and maintain project progress with executive oversight.
