Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Owner’s Representative, Project Director to lead design and construction of multiple projects ranging from $25m to $300m. You will manage diverse teams, guide client accounts, and ensure project goals are met from concept through occupancy.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 10 years of program management experience on large capital projects, with strong leadership and communication skills. Travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management or Business).
• 10 years’ experience managing projects and leading project teams.
• Professional registration or certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of multiple projects valued at $25m-$300m, including renovations and new builds.
• Directly manage 25–50 project team members.
• Foster a diverse collaborative culture and lead client accounts.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and monitor profitability.
• Present budgets and schedules to clients and executives.
