Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Owner’s Representative, Project Director for the design and construction of multiple projects. The projects will range from conceptual planning through design, construction, and occupancy, with values from $25M to $300M.

You will lead client accounts and collaborate with a Project Executive to deliver high-value outcomes. You will oversee 25–50 professionals, ensure budgets and schedules align with client goals, and communicate the project vision to the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent
• 10+ years of project management leadership experience on large capital projects
• Professional registration/certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects valued at $25M–$300M, including renovations and new builds
• Directly manage 25–50 project team members
• Foster a diverse, collaborative culture and align priorities with client goals
• Communicate goals, constraints and priorities to the project team
• Monitor budgets, schedules and profitability and report to clients
• Present budgets and schedules to clients and senior executives
• Ensure project goals are met and maintain client confidence
