Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10 years’ experience managing projects and leading teams.
• Professional registrations or certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects valued at $25M–$300M, renovations and new builds.
• Direct 25–50 project team members.
• Foster a diverse collaborative culture and motivate the team.
