Job summary
Dematic is seeking a Senior Program/Project Director to lead one of our largest enterprise-scale customer programs ($250M-$500M). You will own lifecycle delivery, customer trust, and financial performance from pre-award shaping through closeout.
You will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations, build executive relationships, manage risk, and coach Senior Project Managers and cross-functional teams to achieve milestones and long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive project/program leadership experience.
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale programs of $250M+ (up to $500M).
- Experience managing executive-level customer relationships and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, governance, execution and delivery of enterprise-scale customer projects.
- Direct program governance with executive steering, risk management, and change control.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and represent the organization in executive reviews.
- Own program-level financial performance including budget, forecasting, and margin protection.
