- Four-year degree in Engineering or applicable experience.
- 12+ years experience with 5+ years people management.
- Mastery of design engineering aspects for systems like HVAC/plumbing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
- Strong leadership and ability to lead a large team.
- Public speaking ability and proficiency with CAD/ERP/MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Manage a large project team or multiple project teams and staff performance.
- Provide project status updates to client and leadership.
- Nurture client relationships and source revenue opportunities.
- Develop and implement project strategies and budgets.
- Participate in project meetings with internal departments and mentor the team.
- Coach and give performance feedback as necessary.
