You will identify opportunities, develop engagement strategies, and manage the sales cycle from opportunity development through project handoff. The role blends technical expertise with business acumen and relationship building to drive growth in the industrial steam turbine market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in rotating equipment and industrial equipment sales
• Experience with large capital projects and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategies to identify, qualify, and win large industrial steam turbine modernization and upgrade projects.
• Develop compelling value propositions and business cases that address customer needs while supporting company growth and profitability objectives.
• Manage the sales pipeline, including opportunity forecasting, reporting, and maintaining forecast accuracy.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships through regular engagement, while gathering and sharing market, customer, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with commercial, engineering, and project execution teams to ensure a seamless transition from project award through kickoff and delivery.
• Achieve assigned sales, bookings, and revenue targets while serving as a trusted advisor to customers and managing business activities in accordance with company policies.
