Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting turbine services, outage planning, or related industrial operations.
• Experience with steam turbines, turbine generators, outage planning, and field service operations.
• Experience managing project schedules, resources, budgets, and execution priorities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other business systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Willingness to travel 10-15% for outages and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution for major turbine service projects and outages.
• Develop work packages, tooling requirements, and project documentation.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
• Coordinate internal and external technical resources to meet commitments.
• Participate in outage planning meetings, risk assessments, and post-outage reviews.
• Support onsite machining, welding, blading, and turbine repair activities.
• Collaborate with field teams to identify process improvements and efficiencies.
• Support workforce development and knowledge sharing across Turbine Services.
