  • Lead the development and execution of strategies to identify, qualify, and win large industrial steam turbine modernization and upgrade projects.
  • Develop compelling value propositions and business cases that address customer needs while supporting company growth and profitability objectives.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including opportunity forecasting, reporting, and maintaining forecast accuracy.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships through regular engagement, while gathering and sharing market, customer, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with commercial, engineering, and project execution teams to ensure a seamless transition from project award through kickoff and delivery.
  • Achieve assigned sales, bookings, and revenue targets while serving as a trusted advisor to customers and managing business activities in accordance with company policies.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’sdegree in engineering or a related technical field, with 8+ years of experiencein rotating equipment, industrial equipment sales, business development, orcapital projects.

  • Strongexperience with industrial steam turbines, including performance, applications,and customer requirements.

  • Provenability to identify and develop business opportunities while managing complex,multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

  • Excellentcommunication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

  • Collaborative,self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work effectivelyacross global teams and cultures.

  • Willingnessto travel 50-75% domestically and internationally.

  • Experiencewith Siemens Energy industrial steam turbine products is preferred.
