Hard Rock International is seeking a Project Manager to lead procurement, preconstruction, and construction oversight for a multi-billion-dollar resort development featuring hospitality, entertainment, and retail components. You will work on-site with Construction Managers, design consultants, contractors, and vendors to align budget, schedule, quality, safety, and operations.

The role requires hands-on field experience, strong coordination, and the ability to resolve issues quickly.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required in CM, engineering, architecture or related field.
Minimum 8 years of construction and project management experience.
Experience on complex ground-up construction projects.
Strong understanding of means/methods, controls, scheduling, budgeting and contracts.
Experience coordinating with managers, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
Ability to review documents, schedules, cost reports and changes.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Mansioni

Lead procurement and preconstruction activities with the Director of Design & Construction.
Manage assigned portions of a large development during construction and closeout.
Monitor schedule, budget, quality, safety, and operations on site.
Coordinate among construction managers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Identify risks and develop mitigation for schedule or cost impacts.
Review progress, attend meetings, and ensure timely decisions and turnover.
