100 Hard Rock Int'l USA, Inc is seeking a Senior Director of Construction to oversee a large-scale mixed-use development in New York City. In this executive role, you will drive design, entitlement, procurement, and construction, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience leading complex urban projects, with deep knowledge of NYC codes and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects, preferably $300MM+ budget.
• Proven leadership of full project lifecycle—from design and entitlement through construction and delivery—within NYC.
• Strong understanding of NYC building codes, zoning, and agency approval processes.
• Experience managing 3rd-party CMs and multiple design consultants concurrently.
• Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategically lead all project phases from entitlement through construction and delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies balancing time, cost, quality, and design intent.
• Serve as primary executive representing Owner with city agencies and partners.
• Oversee design consultants to ensure alignment with objectives and budget.
• Manage design development to meet entitlements, milestones, and procurement timelines.
• Ensure documents meet regulatory and constructability standards.
• Lead preconstruction, procurement, and bid package preparation.
• Provide executive direction to Construction Manager and teams.
• Monitor field activities for safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Establish cost controls including cash flow projections and changes.
• Direct entitlement and permitting with NYC agencies.
