Job summary

Hard Rock Metropolitan Park Hotel & Casino is seeking a Project Superintendent (Owner’s Representative) to supervise on-site execution of a $9B+ integrated resort development in New York. You will lead field teams, coordinate with CM, enforce safety, quality and schedule, and report to Owner project leadership.

You will manage site logistics, coordinate access, hoisting, and traffic, oversee OCIP compliance, and resolve field issues with multiple trades while maintaining a sharp focus on safety

Qualifications

• 10–20+ years of field construction experience with superintendent or senior field leadership roles.
• Experience on large, complex projects (preferably $500M+), including multi-phase or infrastructure work.
• Experience with owner’s representative oversight and coordination with a CM.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site presence representing the Owner/Developer.
• Monitor CM and subcontractor field operations for schedule, quality, and safety.
• Lead site logistics plans including access, laydown, crane strategies, and traffic.
• Coordinate OCIP administration and safety programs with stakeholders.
• Identify risks, resolve field coordination issues, and maintain timely reporting.
• Support alignment of work with budget and schedule.
