Job summary

Hard Rock International is seeking a Manager - Talent Management to lead enterprise talent programs across global locations. You will partner with business and HR leaders to strengthen performance, development, succession, and readiness.

This role requires strong program management, analytics, and change management, with responsibility for talent reviews, succession, and executive insights. Travel may be required; a Bachelor’s in HR and 5+ years’ experience expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience with talent management.
• Experience across performance reviews, succession planning, analytics and job architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise talent programs across properties and locations within the Director's governance framework.
• Manage initiatives from planning through launch, coordinating stakeholders and timelines.
• Develop communications, training, leader resources, and change-management plans.
