Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support a high-profile, multi-phase development. The role focuses on procurement, construction execution, and turnover, with on-site leadership and coordination with design, contractors, and vendors.

You will help manage budget, schedule, quality, and safety, ensuring alignment with ownership goals. A hands-on, field-focused professional is required, with experience in large hospitality or mixed-use projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of construction and project management experience.
• Experience on complex ground-up construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction means/methods, controls, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience collaborating with Construction Managers, trade contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Procurement & Preconstruction: support procurement and mobilization efforts, prepare bid packages, participate in interviews and evaluations.
• Project Execution: manage portions of a larger development during construction and closeout, monitor schedule, budget, and quality.
• Construction Oversight: review progress, attend meetings, track RFIs and submittals, resolve coordination challenges.
• Budget & Cost Management: assist with budgeting, forecast, and cost-control activities; review change orders and payments.
• Schedule Management: monitor milestones, support recovery planning and schedule mitigation, communicate concerns to leadership.
• Quality Control & Project Closeout: ensure design intent, participate in inspections, turnover docs, and commissioning.
