Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support procurement, construction execution, and turnover of a large-scale resort development. Reports to SRD and collaborates with construction managers, design consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders on-site.

This hands-on, field-oriented role requires strong construction experience across hospitality or mixed-use projects, with focus on schedule, budget, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field-oriented construction professional.
• Strong construction experience on large-scale developments.
• Experience with procurement, preconstruction, and turnover activities.

Responsibilities

• Procurement & Preconstruction: support bid packages, contractor interviews, procurement DOCs, onboarding.
• Project Execution: manage portions of the development during construction; monitor schedule, budget, safety, and readiness.
• Construction Oversight: review progress, coordinate meetings, track RFIs/submittals, resolve coordination challenges.
• Budget & Cost Management: assist budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Schedule Management: review schedules, monitor milestones, assist in recovery planning.
• Quality Control & Project Closeout: monitor quality, inspections, turnover docs, and commissioning.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting: prepare status reports and meeting summaries.
