Job summary

Ware Malcomb, a forward-thinking design firm, is seeking a Designer III to lead the application of advanced design techniques across project scales from concept through construction. You will exercise strong independent judgment in evaluating and applying design methods, contribute to design visioning and concept development, and lead client presentations while maintaining design intent.

You will support project execution through DD, CD, and CA, including submittals and furniture selection,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Architecture or Interior Design.
• NCIDQ certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to maintain design intent through the life of the project.

Responsibilities

• Lead design components from concept through construction.
• Support DD, CD, and CA phases; submittals and furniture selections.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate project efforts.
• Space planning and creation of program documents.
• Create design concepts and mood boards for presentations.
• Produce finish plans and specifications; coordinate with consultants.
