Job summary

Ware Malcomb is a growth-minded design firm seeking a Project Manager to deliver interior design projects from concept to construction. You will lead internal and external teams, manage budgets and workplans, and oversee contract documents.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Diverse project experience including workplace, retail or other commercial.
• NCIDQ or ARIDO preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate project phases from concept to construction.
• Prepare the project schedule and discuss project health with operations leadership.
• Maintain the project planner and manage weekly staffing meetings with studio leadership.
• Issue add services and obtain approvals for additional scope.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and contracts teams throughout the project.
• Mentor junior project members and assist with proposals and client relations.
