Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Architect license required or clearly eligible for licensure.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop design development drawings and construction documents.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with project team.
• Perform code analysis and site visits for compliance.
• Manage contract drawings from start to finish.
• Coordinate with consultants and client on design intent.
• Support project manager with schedule and budget considerations.
