Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Management professional in the United States with 5–8 years of experience to drive building-focused projects from initiation to closeout. You will work directly with clients to define scope, milestones, budgets, and staffing, while ensuring governance and data integrity across project phases.

You will lead cross-functional teams, identify risks, and create contingency plans to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience and education considered.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Strong analytical and budgeting abilities.
• Construction Management, building management systems and HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from initiation through completion.
• Work with clients to prepare scope of work, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Define project delivery resources and implement governance aligned with requirements.
• Ensure data integrity, timely documentation, and progress reporting.
• Lead the project delivery team and coach others to meet objectives.
• Develop action plans to meet budget and schedule and identify risks.
