Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Management Consultant to provide consulting services for a market or client account, helping achieve strategic objectives. The role covers management of projects from initiation through completion, with a focus on Building Management deployment.

Responsibilities include coordinating scope, milestones, risk, and governance; guiding the project delivery team; and ensuring data integrity. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment from multiple information sources.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects from initiation through closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope, work plan, milestones, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources from internal teams.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation.
• Lead the project delivery team and provide guidance to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and variances.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
