CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of Self-funded New Business Client implementations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer expectations and deliver on time and within budget.

You will lead planning and execution, define milestones, manage risks, and mentor junior colleagues; 5–7 years in healthcare client-facing roles; strong MS Office skills; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Experience managing client relationships and healthcare implementations
• Strong problem-solving skills and risk assessment abilities
• Ability to prioritize, coordinate cross-functional resources, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for self-funded clients
• Lead planning and execution of key healthcare client implementations
• Develop project plans, milestones, and deliverables
• Identify risks, mitigate, and manage issues
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders
• Coach junior project management teammates
