1898 & Co. is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead an execution team within our Transmission Planning & Power Systems Analysis group in Chicago.

You will partner with managing directors to ensure project excellence, staff development, and alignment with company goals and values. You will provide expert guidance on transmission planning and power systems analysis, manage staffing to meet billable targets, and lead QA/QC efforts while promoting safety and regulatory compliance across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, finance, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Leadership/management experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence, lead, and manage change.
• Strong project management and strategic perspective.
• Ability to present complex information to all levels.
