Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the execution team; allocate work and review performance.
• Recruit, develop, train, and retain high-performing staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coach direct reports.

• Ensure staffing levels meet project requirements and billable targets.
• Lead QA/QC efforts and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Collaborate with project managers and proposal teams for new work.
