Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Delivery Lead in California to direct and coordinate multi-discipline project teams through all lifecycle stages. You will manage complex projects, maintain client relations, and lead staffing, scheduling, budgets, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a strong leader with significant PM experience, certifications such as PMP, and familiarity with Primavera P6, Procore, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 10 years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Experience with multi-discipline teams and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multi-discipline teams through project lifecycle.
• Manage large multidisciplinary projects or medium-sized complex projects.
• Establish and maintain client relations and participate in marketing and meetings.
• Coordinate staffing, deliverables, budget, and schedule across projects.
• Mentor project management staff and support operations and marketing efforts.
