Job summary

State Street Investment Management is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end initiatives across Finance, Workforce, and Vendor onboarding programs. You will develop comprehensive project plans, define scope and success criteria, and obtain stakeholder alignment from initiation through closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 12–15+ years of project management experience in financial services.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Strong milestone-driven planning experience.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience across Finance, Workforce/HR, Technology, and Vendor initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across Finance, Workforce, and Vendor onboarding programs.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Define scope, timelines, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Establish governance forums and provide executive updates.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early; drive mitigation.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding with Procurement, Legal, Risk, and Vendor Management.
