Clayco is seeking a Senior Project Cost Engineer to lead cost strategy for complex construction programs in Atlanta. You will partner with project management to control budgets, bids, change orders, and forecasts while ensuring accurate cost reporting.

You will work with accounting, procurement, and field teams to ensure data integrity, risk identification, and timely information to drive decision making across nationwide projects. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project development stages, procurement, and construction controls.
• Ability to review documents to identify change orders, baselines, and risks.
• Collaboration with accounting for billing, costs, and reporting.
• PMP certification desirable; strong problem solving and results orientation.

Responsabilités

• Manage project cost budgets, changes, and forecasts.
• Generate and maintain cost reports for management and stakeholders.
• Identify variances, risks, and ensure QC across cost procedures.
• Coordinate with accounting for billing, cost data, and cost integration.
• Collaborate with PM team, subcontractors, and clients as needed.
• Own cost control function and ensure integrity of forecasts.
