Qualifications

• Ability to take minutes and manage project documents.
• Knowledge of budgets, contracts and basic financials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and develop strategies to drive projects from start to finish.
• Record minutes, file documents, and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor purchase orders, budgets, payrolls and contracts.
• Collaborate with the project manager; use workflow tools such as MS Project and PowerPoint.
