Job summary

Candidates should have 5+ years in project management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Workfront; PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years project management in corporate marketing or creative agency environments.
• Proficient in waterfall and agile methodologies; can manage multiple complex initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders and ensure feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestones.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs with proper verification.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; communicate status to leadership.
