WestEd is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support Project Directors and Project Managers across state education agency engagements. You will translate strategic plans into schedules, trackers, and materials, and help run in-person convenings.

Based near the Phoenix, AZ area with travel, you will balance planning with hands-on logistics, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining quality, and ensuring timely delivery of client-ready products and events.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience coordinating workflows for moderately complex projects, including with remote teams.
• Experience working with subject-matter experts and translating their approach into an operational plan.
• Hands-on experience running logistics for in-person meetings, workshops, or multi-day convenings.
• Direct experience interacting with clients and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Provide coordination and project management support across a variety of project types, under the direction of Project Directors and Project Managers.
• Draft project plans, schedules, and trackers and keep them current as priorities shift.
• Interface regularly with internal staff, clients, and partners, building effective relationships.
• Monitor workflow progress and escalate risks in a timely manner.
• Oversee production of high-quality deliverables such as presentations and reports.
