Job summary

WestEd in Phoenix (AZ) and Washington, DC is hiring for a Senior Project/Ops Coordinator. The role supports Project Managers and Directors across multiple engagements, balancing planning and hands-on logistics for in-person meetings and client convenings.

You will partner with the Center for Education Systems and coordination staff to translate strategies into schedules, trackers, and deliverables while maintaining high-quality outputs and client-facing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience coordinating or managing workflows for moderately complex projects.
• Experience running logistics for in-person meetings and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and project management support across a portfolio of projects under the direction of Project Directors and Managers.
• Draft project plans, schedules, and trackers and keep them current as priorities shift.
• Interface with internal staff and clients, building relationships and responding to changing needs.
• Oversee production of high-quality materials such as presentations and reports, including formatting and quality-checking.
• Assist in preparation and monitoring of contracts for consultants and subcontractors.
