Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in traditional project management and adaptable/ Agile approaches.
• 3+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Passionate about improving consumer experiences.

Responsabilités

• Designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan to complete the project on time and within budget.
• Monitors progress and performance against the plan and resolves issues to minimize delays.
• Allocates tasks and coordinates project staff, external contractors, and resources.
• Conducts meetings and prepares reports to communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Influences department strategy and makes decisions on complex technical approaches.
