PSD Scotland is inviting applications for a shared role across the Armed Forces Talent Programme and Workforce Infrastructure Team in NHS Scotland. The position provides administrative, project management and data analysis support to both teams, with a flexible, remote-friendly working pattern.

This fixed-term, full-time role (36 hours/week) runs until 31 March 2027, with NHS secondment possible for staff. You’ll be part of a driven national service delivering improvements to health workforce

Qualifications

Experience working in a project delivery environment.
Proficient with M365 tools, including Teams.
Understanding of how projects are managed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of project budgeting considerations and management.
Experience recording actions and minutes of meetings.
Experience collating and analysing data and producing reports.

Responsabilités

Provide administrative, project management and data analysis support to both teams.
Work across the Armed Forces Talent Programme and Workforce Infrastructure Team within NHS Scotland.
Help translate project requirements into deliverables and contribute to continuous improvement.
