NHS Scotland is seeking a part-time medical secretary and administrative support professional to assist clinicians and MDT members. You will handle diary management, typing, filing, and coordination of routine communications with teams across the service.

As this is a pro-rata post, the salary is adjusted accordingly. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and demonstrate confidentiality and professionalism in a busy NHS environment.

To provide medical secretarial and administrative support to clinicians and other members of the multi disciplinary teams (MDT).

As from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
