Job summary

Healthcare Improvement Scotland is seeking an experienced Digital Programme Manager to lead its Digital Transformation Programme, covering maternity leave until December 2027. The role focuses on delivering digital innovation across Scotland with hybrid Edinburgh/Glasgow working arrangements and close collaboration with senior leaders and external partners.

You will drive transformation across Microsoft 365 adoption, governance and benefits realisation, translating complex tech into clear plans

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading digital transformation and development programmes.
• Experience procuring and managing external suppliers and contracts.
• Skilled at analysing complex digital requirements and recommending practical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative working abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation and organisational change programmes.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Develop digital skills and capability across teams.
